1.       Sample Question:  What have you learnt by being on Elf/Shell/Mobil/Agip training program? How would you improve it?

Sample Answer:  Being in shell training school, I learnt attitude training, team building, how time can be maximized, following the approved procedures, stabilizing and maximizing my potentials.

How I can improve it is by working in teams, having close relationship with others, being punctual on duty, etc.
