By sharpening your sword we mean how an interviewee is able to be himself or herself before the panel. Two ways of sharpening sword are:
(a) the way the one appears in terms of dressing code and make up before the interview panel. Every employer prefers to work with a descent person.
(b) secondly, the way one presents himself or herself (verbally) by speaking fluently and convincingly for the position he or she is seeking for.
Also ability to prove that credentials before the panel is owned and can be defended by him or her.
