Sample answer: As a team we have to discuss this problem by
ourselves, reasoning together privately and tactfully. If one-to-one meeting
does not solve the problem, help from the common boss or an arbitrator may be
asked.

Sample answer: If there is a
corporate policy, I will follow it. If not, I will warn the person for the
first time and if he or she refuses and continues, I will report it to the
proper authority.
